"Lovely stay"

Lovely house nice and clean everything you need is there nice hot tub comfy beds had a lovely stay.

Nothing really apart from the bumpy road leading in to the property but nothing the owners can do about that

"Could be great but not for us! Needs revamp"

Hot Tub is main attraction! Lovely neighbour Overlooking lovely golf course Comfy bed in middle room Nice bathroom

Rough part of Llandudno Awful access roads 30 min walk to town not 10-15 min ties as stated (see previous reviews) House could be fantastic but quite run down hit tub is nice but just a scruffy backyard - pizza oven area looks unhygienic Walls scuffed and in need a deep clean Window frames all dirty and property felt grubby

"Hidden gem of a house!"

The house was more spacious than we had imagined. It was very clean and modern, it had everything we needed as a family of 5. The beds were comfy, the shower is powerful, every room was well thought out with storage space, lamps and mirrors all in useful places. The kids loved the hot tub and the outdoor lights, although it was better without the lights on in the evening as you get a great view of the stars. Neighbourhood was quiet and the location made it easy to quickly get to all the tourist things we wanted to visit. The host was friendly and called with all the info we needed before arrival. Would visit again.

I wish we had of packed more towels, the accommodation provided 5, but the constant use of the hot tub, meant we needed more. The high stooled dining table wasn't ideal for us, as the kids were too young to be trusted to sit safely on them.

"Exceptional"

House was very clean, warm and comfortable. Unfortunately storm Kathleen hit while we were staying so the hot tub and pizza oven were appreciated and gave us something to do when a lot of things were closed

Not knowing how to get into the house until we had travelled to Llandudno made the start of the trip a bit nervy, the owner was very friendly though and provided instructions on the day as promised
