great location so we could explore a lot of Norfolk.

lounge area could do with a table lamp, as main lights are too bright at night. we ended up using a lamp from the bedroom.

Great property. Nice and clean. Well stocked with basics. Eg Tea, Coffee, Milk, Sugar etc

Spent a week over Christmas in this cottage. It was cosy and comfortable and we were able to create a lovely Christmas dinner in the kitchen-dining-living area which was large enough for the whole family. Afterwards we took a long walk along the river bank - so quiet and peaceful. The cottage was warm and provided all we needed. Easy parking right outside the door.

Ensuite shower was not working which initially was a problem - however the host was good enough to find parts and get it fixed on Christmas Eve, which was a great effort.

All needs are met, no worries about taking basic necessities, dishwasher/washing machine tablets/liquid, toilet rolls, towels. Cottage is warm and cosy, clean and comfy. Location, outlook, peaceful and relaxing. View from Cottage includes many different birds and rabbits and country wildlife. Altogether a very pleasant stay, will happily stay again and again.
