4411 Shorewalk 15 min to Beach and 5 mins to IMG

The pools and courts were nice and we enjoyed the screened patio. Short drive to beaches. Price was cheap.

You get what you pay for. We got moved to a different unit due to a water leak in the one we chose. Our first day there a fire inspector was knocking on our door saying she was meeting someone there to do an inspection. No one warned us about this in advance, so if we hadn’t been there then someone would have entered our unit unsupervised which is unsettling. There was black mold in the master bathroom on the ceiling and dust hanging from the ceilings everywhere. If the air was blowing the dust dangled and threatened to drop on our heads or in our food. The dish washer racks are covered in rust. The washer barely washed our clothes so you could still smell the previous days cologne after two washes with extra rinses. Prior to our booking no one responded to my questions. We won’t book here in the future but it wasn’t the worst stay either.

Everything was good just the only inconvenience was that the pillows were dirty and smelt weird

No cleaning supplies that I seen which would’ve helped me out. Otherwise great stay

What I liked was the apartment’s kitchen and that it’s on the first floor.

What I didn’t like is that the bed in the master bedroom is being held up by makeshift legs that are about to fall off. The bed was making terrible noises, and we couldn’t sleep because we had to stay completely still to avoid ending up on the floor. The mattress was absolutely terrible.

The distance to the beaches was perfect.

Property was not properly cleaned. Bed in the master bedroom was broken and held with zipties. Property manager was informed about all the issues. Water damage on the master bedroom floor. Property had an awful small througout the property.

Property is located in a very good location close to grocery stores and only 15-20 minutes to Anna Maria island. Nice community pools and neighborhood.

The king bed should be thrown away immediately, it’s in the shape of a spoon and very very squeaky and unstable . The apartment has a strong cat odor that can get tiring after a while.

It was convenient.

I think it’s important to mention that this is a retirement community and there were a lot of funny looks and I’m not sure if it was because I am of Hispanic and black heritage, or I am not retired.
