Door Lock number is too ease. Could be better to have a different lock box number combination so the guests would feel more secure inside of the unit.

The location was great the room size was great

Overall didn't dislike anything

Good size , good facilities if we had time to use them. It had a washer and dryer.

The shower door wouldn’t shut and before the handyman had a chance to repair it , it fell off the hinges. The dishwasher couldn’t be opened without opening the oven door first.

Dryer really loud Construction in the next apartment

The apartment needs an upgrade. The bathroom tub needs to be resurfaced. There were insufficient towels and wash clothes. The beds in the guest room are very uncomfortable. The walls need to be painted. The comforter sets in the guest bedroom had stains and need to be replaced. The ice maker didn’t work. The filter needs to be replaced. There was an error message that read that it was over 99 days due for the filter to be replaced. There is a closet in the apartment full of paint and junk that could be better arranged. We were not informed that maintenance work was being done on the building so every morning we were awaken to loud machinery, loud talking by the workers and our door keypad was covered with paper and was taped so we could not access the key pad to enter without tearing the paper.

Very convenient to grocery stores and restaurants. Short drive to beautiful beaches. The property was perfect for what we needed. Pool and jacuzzi were great.

There was a big problem. That is the only issue.
