Close to the wedding we were attending

The roaches!!! It was dirty, broken tile, water leaking and the smoke detectors batteries needed to be changed, they chirped the whole time.

The master bedroom bed was comfortable. The kitchen was nice and big. The place was freshly cleaned. Very good location!

The master bedroom bath was ok. The tub in the other bathroom had a rust spot in the floor of the tub so using the tub wasn’t an option for the kids. The beds in the second bedroom were very uncomfortable. There weren’t mats for the floor for the shower so we had to use the limited towels for the floor.

The apartment flooded because someone came into the apartment and turned on the sink faucet. When we arrived back to the apartment, the lights were all on and everything was wet! When renting this apartment be aware that someone can easily enter and steal your belongings. We had problems with the cable and WiFi connections in this apartment and at the end it was never solved!

Good location. Clean.

The dishwasher can not open without hitting the oven. The dryer did not work. The water pressure in the sink was very low in the master bathroom.

Everything was very clean and the apartment was very comfortable for our Family of 5. We where 10-15 min from Ana María Island.

I can’t say anything negative about the property, everything was as expected.

The small bathroom is a bit old but clean.
