4411 Shorewalk 15 min to Beach and 5 mins to IMG

Location

Smell, shower, rust and mold. Bedding was dirty with stains, pillows smelled bad. No soad dish or towel rack in master bath at sinks. Passcode to unlock front door made me feel very unsafe.

It was ok. The kitchen was good. The living room was good.

The floors were dirty. We had to keep socks on and throw them away, they were black. The shower door in the master bathroom leaked so bad there was a puddle on the floor that had to be mopped up. Many different light bulbs burned out. The place had mold in spots and smelled musty. The air vents were very dusty and dirty. My grandson had a few allergy attacks during the stay.

Everything was great

Overall it was a good stay and accommodations!! However, there were some kinks. The apartment has been renovated (but it is an older property). The beds were comfortable. Stackable washer and dryer. Access to the property was great! Great parking. Location was awesome!! Pool access and great amenities.

Main Bedroom The flooring was damaged and there was some type of brown sticky stuff on the floor. The toilet made a weird noise after flushing. The shower door may need to be replaced, it doesn't close properly and may leak on the floor. The air vent at the entrance of the shower needs to be replaced...it looked dirty, black. The kitchen- saw a few roaches on the counter. Pool attendant was a little indifferent to our teenagers at the pool. Reached out to the property manager/owner on arrival about the floors but I never received a response and to date still have not received a response. Uploaded some pics but unable to upload video 😔
