"Lovely short stay - didn’t use the garden much because of the rain, but apart from that all good"

It had a homely feel and was very clean

I think there’s some damp in the kitchen as we could smell it at times

Private with a small but ideal garden for our dog .Fantastic location for exploring Dartmouth and the surrounding area. Perfect for walking into Dartmouth for food, pubs and shops.

Downstairs toilet but it certainly wasn't a issue

"Sweet quiet cottage, close to town centre and great base to walk from."

Quiet peaceful location.

The heating was somewhat limited so the house was rather chilly, but hey we put in extra clothes and managed.

The quietness The location The decor The quirkiness of the step heights

The initial musty smell before the cottage warmed up. The nightime kitchen slug-invaders. Very squishy and slimy underfoot when coming down to the loo. It would be good if there was a light over the key box and a warning that glasses maybe required to select the correct code. Couldn’t at first work out how to operate TV. Faced with four controls
