Lavender Cottage is a lovely place to stay and explore Southwell. It is cosy and comfortable with everything you need for your stay. We loved the extras like the fire being set ready for use and the breakfast provided in the kitchen. Rebecca was a delightful host, with some great suggestions for places to visit and for local restaurants.

"A perfect property in a great location."

A fantastic cottage and the perfect location for us visiting family in Southwell. A really comfortable and clean property and the owners have restored it to a high modern standard but still kept the charm and history of the cottage. Rebecca was a great host and was available to answer any questions we had. The welcome hamper was a really nice touch. Would highly recommend this property.

Location was ideal for visiting the town and surrounding areas. The cottage was warm and well equipped with comfortable beds. The host provided a pleasantly surprising welcome package and useful material on the local area which helped in planning activities.

Delightful beautiful cottage. Perfectly situated for Southwell. The host was amazing both pre arrival and checking in with us during our stay. The welcome hamper was great & lovely little touches throughout.

Everything was great. We prefer slightly softer pillows but that’s just our preference.

"Perfect cosy country cottage full of character in a beautiful village."

Beautiful and extremely comfortable cottage with everything provided for a perfect stay. Lovely surroundings very close to the centre of Southwell. Rebecca the owner is very kind and generous and communication was excellent throughout.

Nothing at all.
