Lovely view and peaceful, just 5 minutes from town .

The Gallafield Self Catering Bungalow is beautifully set out inside with plenty space and good sized bedrooms. The kitchen is lovely to cook in and the views are oustanding. The area outside was spacious and not overlooked so the children could play safely. The location is ideal for travel across Lewis, and I would recommend hiring a car to see the sites.

Very spacious and light. Well equipped kitchen area . Bed was very comfortable .

We liked the tranquility and the views. On a clear day we could see the mountains of the mainland fifty miles away. The chalet was spacious and well appointed. The beds were comfortable.

There was a slight lack of attention to detail. For example, the en-suite shower head needed a clean. The freezer needed defrosting. The washing machine had been left full of wet washing. The seating in the living area was not particularly comfortable. The walk into town was longer than we expected.

Modern clean and well equipped.
