The Gallafield, Self Catering Bungalow , Stornoway

Lovely location, very clean and comfortable.

The Gallafield looks good on the website, but is even better in reality. The living area with its high ceiling and its windows feels spacious and light. Four people would easily be comfortable; for the two of us it was perfect. The property is very clean, has lots of storage space, good sized beds, plenty of kitchen equipment and two excellent showers. The location was ideal for us - just outside the centre of Stornoway and it was easy to communicate with Rhona, our host. We stayed there for a week and were sorry to leave.

Very clean and comfortable. Friendly host. Short drive to the town and close to our friend’s house. Well equipped although no dishwasher. The weather was great during our stay. If it had been wet and windy that might have been a problem as the front door leads straight into the living area. Overall a lovely house.

Everything. The property is fully equipped with everything you need. Spotlessly clean and spacious. Nice little touches dotted around especially the local bakery cakes, yum. Bed comfortable, lounge bright and welcoming. Had to extend my stay due to weather. Host was so accommodating and understanding.

Bungalow was fantastic so clean little welcome pack ,beds first class very comfortable. ,owner welcomed us she was lovely and so helpful, brilliant stay

very roomy for 3 people and well equipped and quiet

That Stornoway is closed on a Sunday but that is not the fault of the owner 😁
