"A lovely peaceful place to stay for a couple of nights."

Great location in the middle of all the places we wanted to visit. Really good size space for a couple ,which met our expectations.Enjoyed the peace and quiet

The only thing for us was the mattress- we are both quite restless sleepers, and it was quite noisy every time you turned over - other than that it was a really lovely place to stay.

"Lovely cozy little cottage"

Warm and cozy, well equipped, comfortable and well placed for our exploration of the local National Trust properties. Parking on site. Good pub within walking distance. Ann and Ian very good hosts and a lovely touch to leave eggs, bacon and fresh baked bread.

Location, quiet, very clean, and welcoming.The apartment is very well appointed, and it is a great shower. Un-intrusive but easy to contact host. We hope to stay again.

Cute little cottage perfectly placed for a wedding in the village, wonderful welcome from Ann who also provided some essentials and treats for our stay which was much appreciated! For two adults it was the perfect size and had everything we needed for a couple of nights stay!

Very much enjoyed our stay at The Byre. A lovely welcome from Ann & Ian and thank you for the welcome food, much appreciated. So well equipped and thought out, with everything you need to relax and immediately feel at home. Would highly recommend a stay here.
