Meet and greet from owner was very pleasant. She left me bacon, eggs, milk, butter and freshly baked bread loaf. Great touch. Very good hospitality.

We loved the peaceful location within easy walk of the village and short drive times to many area attractions such as Scotney Castle, Sissinghurt gardens, Great Dixter Gardens and Bodium Castle. Pashley Manor Gardens are only 5 minutes away.

Lovely little cottage, perfect for the two of us for a couple of days. Lovely hosts and the extra touches of baked goods were very much appreciated.

It was a lovely little cottage with all the home comforts you could need. A few essentials were left too(eggs bacon bread milk and cupcakes) Cottage was conveniently situated for lots of places in the area to visit.

Nothing I didn’t like. Can’t wait to return!!😊

Perfect stay for this solo female traveller. Cottage was clean, equipped with everything I needed and felt secure but was walking distance to the pub and village facilities and an easy drive to an independent cinema and lovely gardens. The breakfast supplies were delicious and a welcome touch. Owners were lovely, accessible as needed but not interfering. Hope to be back next time I can escape the kiddos.
