Only one bathroom which included the toilet. If someone was using the shower no one could go to the toilet. Would've rated accomodation 10 if it had another toilet.

The property felt like it had been very recently refurbished, very fresh and clean. The background heating was good, with an excellent and very effective facility to add a 'boost' of heat on a chosen radiator. Very full and useful information was provided about the facilities in the house.

Only minor details - one or two door handles were not fixed on, and a couple of light bulbs needed replacing. However, these things caused us no problems, so we didn't raise them with the owners at the time. We are sure that, if we had done so, the issues would have been resolved very quickly.

Amazing location; beautiful views. The house was extremely clean, warm, well maintained and furnished. A lovely place to stay to explore Mull.

As many reviewers have noted it took a bit of getting used to having the bathroom and only toilet in the porch; however, there are heaters in there which mean it wasn't too bad! Although the house was cosy and warm, it would have been extra delightful if there was a functioning wood burning stove or fireplace to sit around.

We loved our stay in the farmhouse! The location is just stunning, waking up to views of the sea and mountains on the mainland was fantastic. Just a short walk down to a private beach area too, with incredible scenery on a clear day. We were lucky to even see the northern lights from the garden one night! The house itself is comfortable, with plenty of room to relax, and a well-equipped kitchen. Very homely and peaceful, and close enough to Tobermory for essentials. Thank you for the lovely stay, we will definitely be back.

Stunning location. Unexpected addition of washing machine was such a pleasant and welcome surprise. What a relief.

Would have been nice not to have to drive everywhere but not a big deal.

Absolutely loved the location & the house. The owner has thought of every little detail thank you. We even saw a Sea Eagle fly above the house while in kitchen - was amazing. The view and area was amazing - for a nature lover it was the best places. We came to for wildlife photography and enjoy the nature present there. A highly recommended house & place to stay for a beautiful holiday and escape from city.
