We liked the friendly welcome, quick response to enquiry and the charming accomodation offering all that we needed for a restful mini break, set in beautiful surroundings. Thank you very much, we all enjoyed our stay at Mulberry cottage very much. Judy and family.

Super friendly and helpful host. Beautiful, clean, immaculate property with modern bathroom, ensuite and kitchen. Instructions and directions were very clear. Quality toiletries were in the bathrooms, kitchen had high grade appliances and plenty of plates etc, mugs, glasses (including champagne and wine glasses), bedding was fresh and comfortable, rooms were spacious with great interior design touches. Outside space was fabulous - a gorgeous little private patio and a great big green space with picnic tables. Loads to do nearby, take away details included, rural and quiet but not remote and easy to get to. Great little bolthole, private, quiet but close to plenty of days out. Really loved staying here, would come again. Very good value for money. Fantastic.

Everything was absolutely brilliant and I really loved the property and the service provided by the host. My only nitpick would be the single beds - very soft, wobbly, uncomfortable beds - the downstairs bedroom could easily accommodate a double which would've been better for an adult (although most kids sleep in doubles these days) and then close to the bathroom. I stayed here to meet up with an old Uni friend so we had a double bed each but I had to come downstairs to use the bathroom which was fine but if the downstairs had had a double bed that would've been perfect. I'd love to come back here with my husband but we wouldn't fit into the double bed (and we're not particularly large). The rooms could easily accommodate bigger beds, and the large master could have done with a chair and bedside tables (it seemed a little sparse compared to the beautiful interior design of the other rooms), particularly for longer than 2 night stays. The kitchen needed a frying pan that fitted onto the induction hob (if I'd mentioned this, the host would've happily sorted it but we just grilled the bacon instead). Small points of improvements that would make this fabulous property absolutely perfect.

Friendly welcome when we arrived at 10pm. Really lovely spacious house, nicely furnished and decorated. Very well equipped kitchen. Lovely bathrooms and really clean.

We found the bed too soft, I know this is personal preference, but it was also a small double so not to our liking.

Location Perfect for Chichester & all its attractions. Good for the country pubs and fab Indian takeaway one night! Chosen because downstairs bedroom AND bathroom with walk-in shower- perfect for elderly Mum with mobility issues - one step up into cottage and then all on ground floor! Property very comfortable and Debra was Brillant! Highly recommend a stay!

Facilities were good with excellent parking for a larger group. Was lovely to have a choice of outside spaces aswell.

The light switch in the ensuit was too high for me to reach.
