Excellent location within short travelling distance of Chichester and Goodwood. The property is very welcoming, comfortable, clean and well furnished. Beautifully decorated throughout. All rooms were spacious. Overall the property was finished to a very high spec. Plenty of room throughout for the 4 adults who stayed there. Plenty of space outside to park our two cars.

Not the fault of the property but car drivers need to take care as the turning to the road leading to the lane to the property involves crossing a junction on a very fast dual carriageway.
