Location was great peaceful

The garden or the house did not look like the pictures the grass was long . Grass cutter arrived at 6am on Saturday morning wakening us all up as he cut the grass with land mower and strimmer he did not finish it after we complained regarding the time he arrived . The furniture was outdated . There was no games room as stated .The home was poor cleanliness glass had finger marks over it and windows was filthy. The communication was not good with the organiser .

great location. nice gardens. spacious house. comfortable.

need to check that everything works. several lights didn’t work and we could not get the tv to work no matter what we did (not critical since we didn’t particularly want to view but others might find it annoying). there should be an information package to be read on arrival. we had no idea how anything worked. kitchen utensils and crockery need a refresh. not enough towels.

We absolutely loved the house! Such a convenient location and we loved having lots of communal spaces to hang out as well as having plenty of bedroom space.

The WiFi wasn't the best, but this really didn't effect us too much!

it was a huge property with loads of space inside and out. 3 bathrooms was ideal with 11 of us staying there.

the wifi was really slow and not worth connecting to. the property manager did contact us to check all was ok and he will look at it when he goes to the property. it wasn’t the end of the world

the property was very clean and cosy. a great way to spend Christmas and to see the beautiful sights of Inverness. there were perfect amount of space for 12 people and 2 dogs.

12 of us stayed plenty of space and bathrooms and the children all loved running around the massive garden. It was a well equipped house very clean and Conor was so helpful with any questions before and during our stay. Highly recommend this property.

Great property in a fabulous location that felt you were in the country. Everything that we needed at property and very clean. Very large house on one level. Great hosts that made you feel nothing was too much hassle
