Location of the house, the property itself and how good (overall) it is maintained

1. The wifi speed could be improved. The big TV in the main room was extremely slow and we finally gave up trying to watch it. 2. Understand this is summer time and there will be bugs, however, measures can be taken. We did find good size spiders in the curtains and we were bit concerned as we had our kids with us.

It is away from the beating track so don’t have to worry about being disturbed or disturbing anyone while you enjoy your stay in a lovely garden
