Very clean and spacious. We arrived to milk, bread, tea, coffee and a bottle of Prosecco.

Peaceful location, very quiet. Ideal to switch off and unwind. Our host, Michelle had thought of everything, even a welcome hamper of tea, coffee, jams and a loaf of bread in case we were hungry on arrival. Welcome brochure told us everything from how to boost the hot water and operate the stove to recommended places to eat and visit. The house was immaculate and beautifully decorated in a nautical style. The wall heaters were efficient when the evenings were a bit chilly. We didn't cook much,but equipped kitchen with washing machine if required. En suite shower as well as main bathroom. Downstairs toilet handy too! Home from home and a great base to explore the region.

No local shop for provisions, but Michelle kindly advised a supermarket trip in nearby Newton Stewart when we made contact. Ideally a car is required if staying here.

Exceptionnel property both well equipped and stylishly designed. Beautiful small touches such as the generous welcome pack.

Stylish coastal themed cottage. Very comfy bed. So many thoughtful touches. Huge fluffy towels, lovely toiletries, welcome pack, really good hairdryer, towelling robes, crisp hotel quality bed linen. Spotlessly clean.
