"Very tired house that really needs a complete refurb to bring it up to an acceptable standard"

Was in a good location

The furniture was really uncomfortable and the front room smelt damp . There was mould on the walls around the TV No dressing table or stool to do hair and makeup in the main bedroom

"Clean and good location, but all furniture extremely uncomfortable"

Kitchen was nice, location was great. Propery was extremely clean!

NOTHING was comfortable. Beds and all of the furniture felt cheap, outdated and uncomfortable. One bathroom downstairs which was inconvenient in the evenings.

TV app rather than channels. Distance of bathroom from rest bedrooms. Stairs quite steep.

"The location was convenient for us."

Appreciated the washing machine and a line outside to dry clothes.

The bed in the master bedroom and the second bedrooms desperately need new mattresses. The lounge suite isn’t very comfortable either.
