Tudor Delightful House Central Gloucester By STAE-Homes

The location was just a mile walk to the quays, so ideal. The bedrooms were a really good size and the beds were comfy. The location was surprisingly quiet considering the location.

The property is just a bit tired. The lino is going in the kitchen, there are small tears on the kitchen surfaces. There were covers on the sofa arms which when lifted were covering up a few gaping holes in the foam arms of the seats. The sofa was cheap and every time you sat down the legs moved out.. bit disconcerting! I tried the kids on it to see if it was just me, but it wasn't. The bathroom was downstairs and right at the back end of the property - which was a nightmare if you needed the toilet in the night. Whilst there was a space for parking at the side of the property, you couldn't reverse your vehicle fully into as it was so tight you wouldn't be able to open your front car doors to get out the car, so my car was poking out onto the pavement a bit which would've annoyed fellow residents.

House was very nice, Location was ideal. Information given was a great help. We would love to stay again next year if available

The only issue was the heating system didn't seem to work after following the instructions given.

The house is lovely and very conveniently located. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped for the stay. The communication with the hosts regarding check in was very efficient.

No bath mat available for the lovely bath and one of the party slipped getting out and was hurt quite badly. Nowhere to hang towels in the bathroom. The parking is quite bad on the street if you arrive in the evening.

Location works well for us, size of house is great

We have stayed before and loved the house but in a few months people have obviously been very disrespectful of the house as there were burns in furniture, stains on carpet throughout upstairs and rips in downstairs flooring, such a shame as it was so nice! The lounge furniture is so uncomfortable.

Great location and comfortable stay.

House was really spacious and spotlessly clean. We had two cars and could fit the small one on the drive and parked the second directly outside. Didnt use the cars at all during our stay as flat 20 minute stroll into town and big supermarket on the way. Beds were very comfy.

Minor niggles. Only bathroom was downstairs through the kitchen so not convenient for midnight trips. Probably hadnt been stayed in for a while as smelt quite damp when we arrived. Kitchen was lacking in a few extras (like there were only 3 wine glasses).

it was very clean and tastefully decorated. The bathroom was lovely and there was a choice of shower or bath.

It was a long walk from the bedroom to the bathroom in the night, which was difficult for my elderly mother. A separate toilet would of been very helpful.
