GBGBLocation caravan good..very presentable and comfortable. Bedding fresh and clean
Toaster did not pop up so very burnt toast and caravan smoke sensors did not go off.
GBWe only stayed a couple of nights and were very happy with the accommodation. It is close to the reception and the facilities which was great with two little ones in tow. We didn’t cook as ate out but there were plenty of utensils etc.
Some cleaning issues; but I always do a thorough clean before leaving for the next arrival.

GBThe Hobourn Naish site is great location for exploring the New Forest and surrounding areas. Surprisingly good shower. Surprisingly comfortable bed, despite looking like a camp bed with poor nylon/polyester sheets/duvet (and you have to make it yourself!). The staff at Hobourn Naish are fantastic and friendly (but this property is a private rental, so you will have to pay extra for Hobourn Naish facilities, e.g. swimming pool/bar etc..
This is a 2 bed room static caravan with adequate facilities, but near the main road in/out of Hobourn Naish site.. It is NOT a beach front property. beach front = by the beach. This is nowhere near any beach... with no view; maybe 10-15 walk to the beach? we had been told 2 minutes. The communications with the owner were very swift and responsive, but very terse and direct and full of spelling mistakes. The verandah was small, with no sun and had four rusty chairs to sit on. If you are a family with 2 young kids on a budget, it would be adequate and you'd have fun here.

I did not received the code to access the property through Booking.Com, but the problem was sorted out quickly.
