GBThe park itself is good and has nice facilities however the caravan was awful
Tired and dirty - beds weren’t made. Everything was dirty and shabby.
GBHad to wash all the plates and cutlery before we could eat due to them being packed away without being cleaned. The beds were really uncomfortable and needed to be made before we could sleep in them and when I did make them I found black mold patches on the two single ones. The black mold spots around the place are slightly concerning.

TV controllers need new batteries. No catch on main door to keep it open when pushed back. Table on patio but no chairs to sit on! Net curtains need changing. Caravan had been reallocated which was a long way from clubhouse and swimming pools. Saying that there is parking at clubhouse.

Outside light didn’t work so evening arrival needed torches. Dirty crockery/glasses and lack of cutlery (3 table spoons between 4) and broken gate leg table. Also outside patio table with no chairs!
GBExcellent value, can’t complain when you look at other prices. The park facilities are great and location is great with beach access
I’ve stayed in other caravans, for similar price. You need to bring your own towels and make your own beds but if you can get over that then you’ll be pleased with it. Could have done with outside seating but to be fair the campsite moved the van and it’s not the hosts fault the chairs disappeared. I’m sure that will be sorted soon.
GBHoburn Naish is a fantastic site and the property in a perfect location, quiet and all very clean. What a find! Returned home today and already booked for next year. Would highly recommend. Great for all ages. Lots to do.

I didn’t like the fact that l had a 5 hour drive and upon arrival we went to the reception who gave us a map of the location of the caravan. When we arrived at the location we were faced with a large slab of concrete. No caravan. Very distressing. We had to return to the reception who after a long discussion helped us because it was a private booking. They informed us the static had been moved onto another location. It took over an hour to get sorted. The static had been relocated and we were not informed. I thought we had been scammed. There were nit chairs either on the decking. Very disappointed.
GBThe site was excellent and the staff were helpful and freindly. The restuarant was very good as were the other site facilities.
The caravan was tired and dirty. There were no smoke alarms which are a legal requirement. In the future we would look elsewhere for a better caravan.
