It's got lots of character and is in a great location.

The house has all the essential items. It's not glamours but I think that is fairly reflected in the price.

Great location, A very comfy house that had a great vibe

A home away from home!! Beds were SUPER comfy. Everything was pristine and we had all the luxuries of home! Very central to Petone and a walk away from Ava Station. Thank you so much!

The dishwasher needs new wheels on the bottom layer!

An explanation as to the location and access to the electronic keypad. We had to ring the proprietor to ask where it was.

The house was comfortable and clean. Enough space.

When arriving there we were quite sceptical to get out of our car. We were unsure if we were at the right place. The garden and lawns are unkept and the outside definitely needs maintenance. The rubbish bins were overflowing with rubbish. Not a good first impression. The leaving instructions said ensure that gas stove was turned off - but there was no gas stove. It also said turn off central heating and under floor heating but there was none of that.

Big spacious rooms and had everything we needed, plus close to the beach and shops in Petone. Would stay again :)

Can tell it’s shut a lot of the time, smells vacant. Not unpleasant, just noted.

Perfect location to walk into town to cafe’s and restaurants, quick Uber ride into other towns, big, spacious property, quiet location on a quiet road, lots of room for a 12 year old and 20 month old to move around in, easy access into the property, really warm with lots of heating in the house, and a large, well appointed kitchen.

We struggled a lot with the tv remote, but apart from that we were very happy.
