Lovely older style house with great personality

Wifi didn’t reach to the back room and shrub next to driveway kept setting off my car sensor as it was overgrown

We liked how warm it was,it had everything we needed and very close to Wellington City

Couldn't get the panel heater working in the second bedroom,the house was unlocked when we arrived which was a concern,you also need to change the batteries in the remote,when we pulled up it was abit disappointing as it was very messy and overgrown,thankfully it's not bbq weather,but inside was perfect ☺️

Large home, sleeps a lot, very close to Petone town, quiet

3 of the heaters didn’t work properly so they never warmed up. We were very cold as the house is big so the 2 heaters that were there, didn’t cover the big area. It would be great to put a mirror in the master & bedrooms as it was a fight for the one mirror when it was time to get ready to go out (there was also one in the bathroom but it was often unavailable as people were showering). A towel to use in the bathroom would also be good to dry your hands.

It was very spacious, clean, reasonably well equipped and a perfect location for visiting relatives, which was the purpose of my visit..

It was very cold when we arrived and it took quite some time to get the place warm, but was then quite cosy. The property could do with an information folder or booklet about the house and the locality especially re heating. Access instructions could have been clearer!

Great to have closed in garden for dogs to run around.

Arriving after a long day of driving it was very disappointed not to find some milk in the fridge fora cuppa.

The outside of the property could have been tidier. Trees trimmed and gardens done to improve the outside of the property and to make it more welcoming on arrival
