"An affordable alternative to modern hotels."

The house is full of character. It's a great alternative to a hotel as you have all the comforts of home.

The place needs a bit of maintenance, which I think is fairly reflected in the price. I think it was great value for money.

"Dog friendly big old house"

-Easy check in. -Comfortable king size bed. -I chose this place as it was dog friendly, fenced back yard was good. -Owner came & sorted wifi for me. - liked original features in the house, like lead light windows & paneled entrance

It's a bit run down. Needs a bit of maintenance.

"Ticked the boxes for what we needed."

The house was warm. It was very quiet even on a saturday night. There was a mix of soft and firm beds with good pillows and nice linen. The water pressure in the shower was fantastic. It was very clean.

The yard could do with some attention as it was quite overgrown.
