Great view of the sea. Spotless property and dog friendly. We stayed with our dog and the owner had put out a dog bowl and some treats which were a lovely touch.

The sea view was excellent. The house was clean, well laid out with great amenities. Located in a quiet close. Only 3 minutes from the beach.

Everything was perfect, we had a great time. Could quite easily of stayed longer!

The only suggestion would be to make available bath sheets for your guests. We managed with the towel provided but I would bring some when I visit next time.

"We love staying here, after many years of visiting Mundesley, it's the best holiday cottage."

The lovely, really well presented, clean house. The view. The location. Mundesley is also a great base.

Our only suggestion for improvement would be a new master bed mattress, it's quite deeply indented on each side.
