Luxury Townhome Skyline Views Mins To DT

The place was very spacious with large closets and bathrooms. The beds were comfortable. The townhouse has four floors plus a huge rooftop area so there are lots of areas to relax in. The garage is divided to hold one car and the other half is a recreation area with a ping pong table.

Parking in front of the unit is limited and shared - three spaces for about 5 townhomes and because it rained heavily it was quite muddy. It was impossible to get into the unit without stepping in the mud… it needs some gravel or other paving. Also on Friday and Saturday were several partys in nearby units that didn’t end until close to 3am. Depending on which bedroom you slept in you could hear them. Otherwise it’s a quiet townhouse amid a group of similar townhouses.

Location was good and providing the flyer for van service to downtown was especially helpful. Liked the newness of everything, very modern. Enjoyed having the ping pong table and comfortable sofas in the garage.

It wasn't a walk able neighbourhood to any restaurants. And there wasn't a lighter for the gas bar B Que.

Very well presented and plenty of room. Easy to access.

2 x nights of back to back partying by multiple neighbours in the same block. Didn't finish till around 4am on both Thursday and Friday nights.

A perfect location for enjoying all the Nashville places while being in a quiet neighborhood. All the bedrooms had ensuite bathrooms and the beds were very comfortable. The rooftop space was spacious and comfortable.
