Per una vacanza sul mare di Roma, posto abbastanza tranquillo e comodo. Nelle vicinanze un supermercato, ristoranti e bar... spiaggia attrezzata, adatta ai bambini.

Da segnalare solo una stretta scala a chiocciola per raggiungere le stanze da letto e il bagno. Attenzione alla testa: è una mansarda!

We stayed in these apartments for two nights while visiting the main attractions of Rome. The distance to Rome is about 30 km, but reaching the city center can take around an hour due to heavy traffic. FCO International Airport is approximately a 25-minute drive away. The location is convenient if you are traveling by car. There are many restaurants, bars, and shops nearby. The beach is only a 3-minute walk away, and the town itself is quiet, cozy, and pleasant. The photos on Booking show the entire villa, but in reality only an apartment is rented, with access to a small shared and well-maintained courtyard. There is also an outdoor terrace and a table under a gazebo where you can comfortably spend the evening. This means you will have neighbors, as the villa is divided into several apartments rather than being rented as a whole house. The photos on Booking seem to include images from all the apartments in the building. We stayed in the section with two rooms on the second floor, which is accessed via a narrow spiral staircase. Therefore, it may not be suitable for guests with limited mobility. On the ground floor there is a small kitchenette with basic kitchenware, a refrigerator, and a microwave. On the second floor there is a shared bathroom. There is no separate shower cabin, only a bathtub, and a washing machine is also available. The two bedrooms were clean and well maintained, with comfortable beds and portable air-conditioning units. The rooms are located in the attic under a sloping roof, so the windows are small and offer no particular view. In some corners the ceiling is quite low because of the roof shape. Overall, the apartment is suitable for a short stay, and the hosts were kind and welcoming.

Мы слушали музыку днем и нам написала хозяйка слушать музыку тише так как уже дом заселили полностью . Это нам не понравилось мы приехали отдыхать а не сидеть в тишине( хотя музыка играла не громко) в дальнейшем мы ее просто слушали шепотам
