Nice apartment, spacious. Big yard to play with snow

From key collection to the apartment, take abt 10min uber ride. Not walkable with heavy luggage in snow

Very spacious

This check-in process is absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable. We were forced to go into town just to collect the key, causing serious inconvenience. There are seven of us, including children, and we had to walk to town to get the key and then walk another 2.7 km to the hotel. This is exhausting and completely unreasonable. The female staff member was extremely lazy, unprofessional, and unhelpful. When I asked about luggage storage, she answered impatiently and with clear annoyance. At that time, she was chatting casually in the restaurant instead of being at the reception desk doing her job. This level of service is unacceptable and ruined our arrival experience. I would not recommend this place to families or anyone traveling with luggage.

Area to the apartment was nice

Very spacious holiday home, with a big kitchen, two toilets and private parking. Great for self catering. Plenty of wardrobes and space for luggage and hanging winter jackets.

It wasn’t particularly clean. Dust in bedrooms, shower needs a scrub. No tea towels in kitchen. No info on how to connect wifi. It could have done with a house guide with that sort of info.

The facilities were excellent!

We stayed for 3 nights, but no one came to clean or change the towel. The service is like an airbnb, not a hotel. So, prepare for that.

Pidin eniten paikan tilavuudesta ja sijainnista. Asunto oli myöskin viihtyisä ja lakanat oli laitettu valmiiksi vuoteisiin.

Lattiat olisivat voineet olla imuroinnin lisäksi myös pestyt.

Siisteys ei ollut ihan sitä luokkaa, mitä vuokrakohteissa voisi olettaa olevan

Kolme makuuhuonetta, kaksi vessaa, kaksi uloskäyntiä, olohuoneen ja keittiön korkeus, pyykinpesutorni, iso jääkaappi ja pakastin, rauhallinen sijainti.

Grilliä ei ollutkaan, puutteet keittiövälineissä (mm. ei kauhoja, vispilää, riittävästi kulhoja tai uunivuokia), ei ilmastointia, astianpesukoneen rikkonainen yläsuihkupesuvarsi (irtoaa välillä pesun aikana), roskiskaapin toisen oven sarana irti, keittiön viereisen vessan altaan vipuvarsi irtoaa välillä sitä käyttäessä, keittiövälineet likaisia mm. kahvinkeitin, lasit, kahvikupit (joutui ennen käyttöä pesemään).
