I really liked the size of the house, it has a lot of cozy places, the whole winter vibe was also very nice

Some of the light switches didn't do anything and it was confusing. The temperature in the house was too warm and it was not possible to lower it.

Apartment kitchen was equipped for cooking and eating home, as well as dishwasher, washing machine, dryer. Sauna. Two WC Réception was very responsive to our emails snd requests, really appreciated that.

Apartment really needs some maintenance to be done. Kitchen cupboard door, toilet seat, lamp above the dining table were loose and hanging, the main bedroom was too cold, the fireplace was not usable, and also several light spots need changing. It also required deeper cleaning. In overall, it would be ok for a short stay of 2-3 days, but we stayed longer, so it started getting annoying. Location is 30 minutes walk from city center. It is a bit too far for walking in cold weather and with kids…

They gave us to do early check in 3pm as compared to 5pm time.

Poor communication and not a very friendly staff once you have paid for your booking then you are at their mercy to take out your stay. You complaint or not does not make any difference to them.

The first thing impressed me was the temperature of the house. Because the weather was really freezing outside, we were really looking forward the warmness and it was there. Temperature was set and maintained to 22 degrees celsius. Although some people say it is not clean, at least for me, it was okay. I mean it's not perfectly clean but just good. We also very much enjoyed the sauna in the house. All the instruments worked well and the atmosphere of the house was really good. I would recommend to visit here.

The distance from check-in counter to the house is a bit far. You have to walk for like 30 minutes. It also applies when you check out. Also for some grocery stores, you have to walk 18 minutes at least.

The house could have been cleaner. But honestly it always comes down to staff, and they were terrible. I called to ask about the sleds that were supposed to be there and the lady was extremely snarky on the phone and on the day of checkout, the hotel was closed because the receptionist got sick. I would expect a hotel with 24 hour reception to be able to replace her shift.
