Luxury Modern 2Bed Seafront Apartment in Rhos on Sea

Good location, comfortable

Too warm, front door banging loud, no tea towel

Apartment was well equipped and clean. lovely furniture and fitting. We had a few hiccups as no hot water or television. Finally made contact with the owner whose attitude was very unhelpful and intimidating . He was 230 miles away and said well what do you want me to do? Finally at 10.30 in the evening we moved into a smaller apartment , after missing 8 hours of our holiday. Would not recommend dealing with this gentleman.

Lovely apartment situated in a perfect location close to the beach. Very comfy sofa and chairs as well as a really comfy bed! Had everything we needed and plenty of space. Apartment was very clean and check in at 2pm is amazing! We’ll be back for sure!

Not cleaned/checked thoroughly after previous guests - someone else’s dirty pants left in the bedside drawer!, dirty glass/cups in the cupboard and mould all around the bath. Only 1 small bath towel and 1 small hand towel provided for 4 guests.

Great location, great size. Perfect for our family. Extra bits around were good- tea/ coffee/ bleach etc. will definitely return. Rhos on Sea is beautiful.

Only issue was that we couldn’t get the Tv on which the owner will try and fix but we’re away at the time. Shower difficult to get to warm temp.

Location, Location, Location was absolutely perfect Good size giving us a nice space for our family Lovely communication with the owner

Mattress in main bedroom was not very comfortable. There had clearly been a leak/flood in the bathroom at some point recently which has resulted in some mold in the bathroom and some damp and damage to the second bedroom which was adjoining to the bathroom. However this didn't affect the use just created a slight damp smell and looked a little unsightly.
