Luxury Modern 2Bed Seafront Apartment in Rhos on Sea

Location was fabulous and good value for money. The apartment is beautifully and tastefully decorated with a number of useful additions like hairdryer, iron, ironing board etc. Parking is safe secure.

The property provides accomodation for four people, maybe 5 but we were advised the day prior to arrival that only two towels would be available for us. I did query this but did not get a reply. When we actually arrived there was one small towel and a bath matt for all of us. I did go to have a bath but could not get hot water working for it. I opted for a shower instead but heat was patchy for this also. I didn't contact the hosts re this given they hadn't replied about the towels. Everything else was smashing tho! Could improve communication, towels and water heat though.

Sea view, designated parking space, mostly accessible (bath wasn’t as can be seen in the pictures and there is 1 step to get outside onto the patio but the rest of the flat/entrance/parking was), location, clean, spacious, pictures don’t do the place justice, remote check in.

Outside furniture is poor and uncomfortable, settee also wasn’t very comfortable, bath was lukewarm. But all very minor issues.

The location of property was very good and the patio was a nice feature. Plenty of space inside the property. Comfortable beds.

There were no wardrobes inside the bedroom to hang up clothes. In the second bedroom there was no furniture apart from the beds. The bathroom needed a bit of a refresh.

The apartment was excellent! Clean, warm and comfortable. Amazing location with sea view and allocated parking space. I've booked it for a short trip with friends, however I can recommend it for families with children as all rooms are very spacious - living room have enough space to fit 5 adults and sit comfortably. Also very nicely decorated.

Beautiful apartment, pictures don't do it justice. Great communication about all aspects of the stay. We had a lovely time.

The property was clean and in great location.

It would have been great if the property had a drying mop
