Charming and spacious old house, thoughtfully decorated and with everything you need for your stay. Lovely fireplace and electric blankets in winter and spacious garden room and outdoor braai area in summer. Two bedrooms (1 with double bed, 1 with 3x single beds), two bathrooms. One block away from the Main Street with off street parking. Key collection was easy from the office or restaurant after hours.

Ensuite shower was a bit temperamental and took a while to heat up.

The house is wonderful. The addition of the new bathroom is really great. Beds are comfortable and the bed linen of exceptional quality. Wil definitely keep returning to this lovely house. Great location.

Not major, but the electric blanket on the bed wasnt working on one side.

Comfortable stay in a good location. Most of the town is within walking distance.

The braai was quite dirty and there weren't any braai brushes to clean it.

That the property was equipped with everything needed, neat and tidy.

What an absolute gem this place is!! The house was way larger than we expected and absolutely everything was catered for. Everything you could possibly want for making a meal is available in the kitchen, plus more. The host also supplied us with tea, coffee, milk etc which is often not offered with self-catering options. The beds were very comfortable, warm and snug, the shower water was super-hot with good pressure, and the fireplace in the lounge was a wonderful bonus. The house is beautifully decorated with lots of antique pieces. The outside braai area with the large wooden dining table and fire pit was fantastic.

The old school charm of the house, it was super spacious and loved the fireplace. There were so many personal touches and little extras. Mini coffee bar. Lots of warming goodies, heater, electric blankets and hot water bottles. Loved this quaint house.

Electric gate would be great for safety.
