Gorgeous period property, finished to a high specification, made for a really comfortable stay. Location excellent, very convenient for this lovely town, which is filled with friendly and creative businesses. Were lucky enough to be here for the Thursday Market, which is very high quality, and it felt like we were in France. Love Hay, and would have no hesitation in staying in this accommodation again, or recommending to friends.

Were so comfortable here, we didn't want to go back home!

Location!! Couldn’t be any better. In the heart of Hay, close to all shops. But still peaceful and relaxing.

Property was very comfortable(super king bed), well maintained and spotlessly clean. All facilities you could need for your stay were provided. Fantastic location in the centre of Hay. Property owner helpful with checking in and responded to messages promptly.

The location is the best in Hay on Wye, right on the main street, meaning if you are purchasing lots of books, you can wander back to the house and drop them off.
