lots of space very characterful Bottle of fizz abd treats was nice touch for New Tears eve

Nothing not to like. If I’m really scraping the barrel, then the timber stairs leading up to bedroom were a bit slippy

The location was perfect, in the heart of the town, but the property was amazingly quiet. Spotlessly clean and very comfortable with every possible need catered for. So much thought has gone into this property, and the goodies left were very thoughtful. We enjoyed it so much we booked for next year whilst still there. What a special place. Thank you so much

Everything was wonderful! Just one small point, an extra lamp in the lounge/ diner would be really helpful for mood lighting.

Ali always ensures the property is clean and comfortable. The bed is wonderful! The location is great too. You can the chimneys of Hay Castle from the small garden, which is also neat akd tidy.

There is nothing not to like.

This is such a lovely place to stay! Excellent, quiet location, within walking distance of the castle, shops and bars. Convenient car parking is close by. Great communication from the host. Very comfortable beds and great facilities. Everything was of good quality. Would definitely stay here again!
