Everything that you could need for a perfect weekend in hay on Wye, hidden gem!

Absolutely gorgeous property right in the heart of Hay. Me and my Dad absolutely loved our stay, the flat was very clean with lovely modern decor yet plenty of historic character to it. Ali was really responsive and very friendly- would definitely recommend to friends or even come again!

No faults at all! Maybe a couple more fans in the peak of summer would be good as our summers are getting hotter? But absolutely perfect stay!

Excellent location with everything you need for a week away. Really appreciated the welcome pack, this was a lovely touch which we weren’t expecting.

The property is beautiful, only comments would be the stairs to the bedroom are steep and slippy for an infant, so you need to be on your guard when they’re navigating their way up and down, also, the design of the home means that the bedroom isn’t totally dark at night, which doesn’t bother me per say, but if you’ve children who prefer a blacked out bedroom, it could be a problem. Finally, there’s no bath, and the shower doesn’t have a spray option that you can control, so again, if like my kid who doesn’t like her eyes or face getting splashed, showering/bathing can be an issue. Basically, nothing was wrong with the property, the issue was holidaying with a child! ;)

Exceptional property. Clean and wonderful historic feel to the place. All mod.cons and so handy to all Hay has to offer on your doorstep. Could not fault in anyway.

The property is exceptional. This was our second visit and we hope to stay here every time we are in Hay. Every detail is thought of and it is such a cosy place to relax when coming to Hay to buy books. Location perfect.

The only thing I can think of is that the radio is out of date: DAB no longer works so it needs DAB plus. We would have liked to have Classic FM on but could not get it.

Location perfect you can walk to all shops.

A truly lovely, uniquely set up property. All presented to a very high standard and the property could not be more ideally situated and convenient to the town centre. All the welcome fresh fruit and produce was very much appreciated after our journey from Leicestershire.

Really cannot fault it.
