Everything about the cottage was perfect, well thought out with cushions and blankets for the garden and a lovely arrival basket of treats. Communication was excellent with the owner

Location was great, very well though out space

Bed was a little hard for my liking but that’s a very personal thing

Absolutely everything! The little house felt like the Christmas film ‘The Holiday’ It was just super cosy!

Nothing to dislike!

22 Castle Street was such a lovely place to stay, we definitely plan to return. Beautiful and comfortable accommodation in the heart of Hay on Wye and only a short, easy walk from the long stay car park. Our host, Ali, was so friendly and helpful and we very much appreciated the welcome pack of treats.

There was nothing we didn't love.

Beautiful property, with garden. It was very clean and well equipped. So nice to have some treats on arrival too - bread, milk, fruit, cookies etc. Great central location but it’s still quiet in the property. And parking is just a short walk away. Ali was very helpful and always responded quickly to messages.

This little cottage is absolutely beautiful, the host obviously loves this little cottage and it shows! Everything beautifully decorated, lovely little garden and she left butter, tea coffee, jam, biscuits and bread! The cottage is directly on one of the main town centre roads. Lovely, will definitely stay again in the future

Fantastic location to explore the town. Clean and very comfortable with books, games and local info. Welcome basket with tea, milk, bread etc. A friendly, helpful host who stayed in touch via text.
