The cottage was very comfortable and well appointed. The welcome cake and wine as well as milk were appreciated. Have a feeling we left a day early! Shame. It would have been nice to be there when the weather was dry. Thanks to the hosts.

No complaints. Stairs possibly slightly tricky for older visitors.

Excellent host - very fast at communicating and answering any questions prior to the stay. We brought dogs with us and the property was extremely dog friendly. The perfect size for what we needed, and an ideal location between Bakewell and Buxton. I would definitely stay here again!

Facilities were very good - a dishwasher would be ideal and the sofas could be a little comfier but overall a fabulous stay.

lovely bathroom and bedrooms Clean and well presented upstairs

Downstairs needs some TLC. The hall way needs deep cleaning and possibly a new rug. The 2 small sofas were very uncomfortable. and unfortunately smelt of wet dog. Only provided with one toilet roll which appears to be an ongoing issue after reading previous reviews
