Great location with parking in the middle of Canterbury. Comfy beds, clean and everything you need for a city stay.

Location easy walking distance into city centre. Parking outside the cottage. Small garden with seating area and view onto Riverside. How quiet it was despite the central location. Plenty of eateries local or within 5/10 min walk. Great communication with the owner who also offered us advice on getting to Sandwich other than driving.

There wasn't anything we didn't like. Although useful for other guests to know stairs are quite steep. Whilst we had access to a TV with firestick and small DAB radio would have been useful as an alternative and purely personal preference for mornings.

Das Cottage ist sehr schön gelegen: direkt am Fluss in einer ruhigen Ecke und dennoch fußläufig zu allen Sehenswürdigkeiten. Perfekt ist auch der eigene Parkplatz. Die Ausstattung ist super, es gibt vor allem reichlich Geschirr und Gläser. Ein großes Plus bei der Hitze war der kleine Garten, der angenehm schattig war. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder. Gut zu wissen wäre vielleicht, dass die Treppe ins OG recht schmal und steil ist. Für uns war das kein Problem und es gibt Geländer. Sehr nette Vermieterin, die rechtzeitig die Infos zum Checkin schickt. Mit den Infos ist das Cottage gut zu finden, obwohl es etwas versteckt liegt.

The cottage was warm, comfy and cosy with every amenity provided for. Riverside garden was lovely but we only had one sunny morning to enjoy sitting by the river listening to bird song over breakfast. Supermarkets conveniently located within 10 mins (max) walk. Hosts lovely and accommodating.

Quite a challenge as all was so good. Maybe a shower mat would be good as the shower base is very slippery. Otherwise, they’ve thought of everything!

It was just so nice! Kitchen was well equipped (not just with two plates and three forks as you can sometimes get in other places) so we could actually cook and have food. The little garden is very enjoyable, especially with the river. Area is quiet, not in the city centre so no noise issues but also walking to the centre is super easy. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back.

Vert comfortable cottage, fantastic location and great to have parking. Facilities were also top shelf.

Very clean and cosy cottage. Host is very friendly and helpfull. Very good directions and quick, good communication. Cottage in the center of Canterbury. A few minuten walk from everthing. Private car park. I recommend to the fullest!

A little bit hard to open the Windows, so we opened the back door for a few minuten to het some fresh air. But this is not negative at all 🙂
