Elegant Riverside Cottage With Free Parking

The cottage is beautiful with a very nice garden and about 5 minutes walk from the centre of the village. It has everything you need and the owner is very friendly.

Host was helpful, was contactable when I called or texted her. Towels were provided, kitchen was self sufficient with kitchen crockery and machines, there was a box of toys to entertain my child, the tv was also a smart one so my kid was entertained with the youtube.

It was like like being home from home and perfect location. Highly recommend and ideal for families where you have space rather than all being in a hotel room. We loved how we simply settled in.

Very quaint house in superb location - walking distance to shops, restaurants and the cathedral. Comfy beds and perfect parking space in front of the house. If the weather plays game, you can sit by the river (unfortunately, we weren’t that lucky).

It’s a little tricky to find, if you arrive at night. (Indicating that the drive is next to “The Old Rectory”, house number 47, would have helped).

Brilliant location, with parking included is a bonus. It had all the facilities a family of 4 needed. Everything was clean and carefully organised. Very comfortable beds and pillows with lovely crisp bedding. The owner of the property was very friendly and kindly flexible with our checkout time.

Would have liked another sofa to chill out on. As at the end of a tired day all 4 of us wanted a sofa to flop on, but this is a personal comfort choice. I think the living room could accommodate that with a re-figuration. A full length mirror in the bedroom would be useful too.

The property was very cosy, a great location and had everything you needed for a break away.
