Sea View Charming Stone House

Stunning view but little else

Uncomfortable bed that smelt like the bedding needed a wash. None of the usual complementary tea or coffee....not even soap in the bathroom except some shampoo leftover from a previous guest.

The view was fantastic, the area is good, host was available when we got lost due to road closures (GPS compromised). I also liked the bathroom. Nice pillows.

No wood for indoor fireplace - it was a very cold winter's night, no coffee/ tea and milk, hairdryer not working, steep staircase - not pleasant when you have heavy/large luggage. If you're slightly claustrophobic- then this is not the room for you. I also feel that it's a 2 sleeper and not a 3 sleeper, which is what I searched for. Yes, there's 2 daybeds, but the children sleeping in daybeds (upstairs) will have to enter the main bedroom (downstairs) to access the only bathroom in this cottage. No bin in kitchen

Lock box great idea. Beautiful view on deck. Even with wet weather was able to braai. Nice big bath, shower bit small for big men. Nice garden and safe space for small dogs.

Mention stairs to lower level could be problematic for elderly. (Kitchen, main bedroom with bathroom downstairs) Only space to eat is on deck with weber braai... Just have to carry everthing upstairs/down... but view make up for it.

The view of the ocean was amazing. Very cute little house. Excellent and very central location.

The main bedroom was a bit stuffy when we got there but a fan and open windows sorted that out.
