Luxurious family home in West Midlands

Not a lot. Garden was filthy with rubbish. Even a car door!

Dirty, broken toilet seat, no blind in bathroom, dirty grouting edging in bathroom, car door and rubbish, cigarettes bits in garden. Dirty towels. No curtains in back bedroom to close. Lack of sleep. Owners have lied and said we had a conversation and it’s all sorted. This is not true. I do not want full refund but some money back would be the right thing to do. Owners will not accept responsibility. Not suitable for young children.

Clean, comfortable and good location

There were no curtains in the second bedroom, only part curtains with a net curtain in the middle which meant daylight flooded through at sunrise. Also the bed was pushed up against the window and in front of the radiator so it wasn’t easy to put the radiator on. The mat in the kitchen kept slipping on the laminate floor.
