Very spacious and clean and tidy, had a really lovely fresh smell and included some little addictional touches like shower gel, shampoo and conditioner. The garden is also lovely with some toys my little boy played out there all evening.

Perfect base for our 1 night trip to the Midlands. Spacious rooms, nicely decorated, and clean.

It is on a busy road, although we didn't find this too be too much of a disturbance
