Great location as we needed to be close to The Royal Orthopaedic Hospital

Kitchen electric socket very loose and and one double bed very soft so couple constantly rolling to the middle!!

"Owners cancelled our booking on the morning of our stay with no explanation or contact"

BEWARE

BEWARE: The owners cancelled our booking at 10am on the morning of our stay, while we were on a ferry from France with our 3 children. They did not contact us - but rather left it to booking.com to send us a message. Imagine arriving in the UK for holidays to face the problem of no accommodation and sitting at the side of the road trying to sort something out for our family of 5 on a Saturday evening in July. We booked this property months ago and prepaid 3 days ago before we arrived in the UK and they didn't even have the manners to contact us directly. Absolutely disgusted.

"Fantastic home just suited us for our trip"

Lovely size garden, driveway was a bonus. Accommodate an extra person for free, which was a lovely touch

Honestly, there wasn't anything that the owners could do, but the busy road was quite noisy, which meant not leaving the windows open at night, which made it quite warm, maybe some fans would be a nice touch but for the price we paid it was an absolute bargain. Oh, a lock on the bathroom door would be a good idea, but overall, i would definitely stay again. Great hosts
