Luxurious family home in West Midlands

Clean. Quite suburb street not far from Cadbury world.

No heating in house but was swiftly resolved by the owner who was very helpful.

The host is lovely and friendly! The accomodation is very clean and tidy and nicely decorated. The lounge area is very comfy and the large tv with Netflix was an added bonus. The beds were made up with very clean crisp white sheets and there were plenty of spare covers and sheets to make up a bed on the sofa (no sofa bed). The house is in a very handy location which was so easy to get to and find. There were local shops with places to get something to eat within walking distance. Although on a busyish road, it was still very quite and the off road parking for one car was very much appreciated. There was free on road parking though had I needed it. I wouldn't say it was luxurious but overall it was a great stay and perfect for a place to crash after a night out.

More cooking equipment would have been handy (as I had brought breakfast with me) but there were very few pots and pans etc to use. The single bed could have been more comfy but I'm used to sleeping on a Tempur mattress 😂. It would be perfect for a child though.

We stayed after visiting Cadbury land, so the location was ideal. The owner of the home was very attentive checking we were OK. Home was laid out nicely. Stylish and modern. Spacious and lovely garden. The home was also super warm

The beds are ready for an upgrade so not the comfiest nights sleep. Was clean overall but some of the furniture could do with a refresh and the bedding didn't seem clean. It also seems to be on a main route for sirens.... light sleepers beware

The house was lovely, very comfortable and clean. We were very happy with our stay and would highly recommend to others.

Everything felt high quality and a lot of care had gone into creating a great environment for guests. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen had nice gadgets, the table was beautifully laid and the whole house worked well for us as a family. Great to have off-road parking too.
