luxury new 3 bed caravan with stunning sea view on private beach in Thorness bay

The fact we left! We arrived to find someone in the caravan as they had mixed up the booking. The owner then rudely asked we wait for an hour til he vacated, allegedly would clean. We refused and sought alternative clean accommodation.

Everything. A rude owner saying I can either wait til the person vacates (cleaning??) Or find somewhere else. We chose the latter. Disgraceful service, if I was you stay clear. No apology just her shouting down phone that we should wait for it to be allegedly cleaned by the half naked man who was in it when we arrived!

Cooked our own food.

Lovely location & good park for families.

Host was unhelpful regarding the WiFi not working throughout the entire property & tvs in 2 rooms didn’t work either. Host was hostile on departure contacting me directly by phone when the caravan had been cleaned well, left with 4 pints of milk also, making up stories when the property already had stained carpet & sheets before we arrived. Would have happily come again due to location but not after the hostile host & lack of WiFi. No way of making an emergency call in the property. Not sure why you are charged a £60 cleaning fee if the host is claiming more cleaning costs for a caravan advertised as a pet friendly property?

Absolute massive disappointment as we booked and paid the full amount for this property and the day we we supposed to arrive we were told that we could not stay at this property as they had doubled booked us we have still not been refunded our money and have been told we have to wait two weeks for the money back, totally disgusted with the service and will not use it ever again!

The property and the view was amazing especially have to young kids with us for the journey we was able to locate and get them sorted and settled They enjoy the Close amendments We want to book again next year

There was nothing wrong we loved ever minute of it as soon as we got there

The facilities and the views were very nice. The caravan had everything you need for a short stay with the family.

They could clean more thoroughly, especially under the single beds.
