luxury new 3 bed caravan with stunning sea view on private beach in Thorness bay

Swimming pool on site was great

Not stayed in a caravan before so felt a bit small for us. Kids loves it.

The location is ideal. View from terrace was idealllic. Very short walking distance to facilities, restaurant, swimming pool, play park, shop and launderette. Bedding and towels were so evidently clean, smelling very nice indeed. Comfortable spacing for 4 of us. Well kitted out kitchen. Very comfortable living room. Beds comfy too.

Waking in the night freezing because the gas had run out. Host did sort this out (thank you) but it was a bit of a palava. An instruction manual for the heating would help along with a welcome pack including a map of where things were in the park, or if things aren't working who to call.

Caravan accommodation itself was lovely, clean, spacious, everything you'd need to self cater.

All facilities stated were not avaible park was closed.. Swimming Pool closed, shop closed,, entertainment complex(bar, restaurant, arcade) under refurbishment, reception closed, lounge bar closed, ice cream closed, chippy closed, play area taped off yet all said we available upon booking. Nothing near by without driving

I had to stay in a cold because they didn’t check the gas is running out!

The caravan was nice and clean, warm on arrival which was a bonus! More in the cupboards than expected so easy to make a full blown meal! Host was very helpful, we loved it and would happily go again

The view , the welcome basket, kitchen tools and appliances, dishwasher was a plus.

Internet did not worked the entire time( reception was poor, unable to use data either), mould in the shower, rubbish found from previous occupants, one bathroom did not have light .
