hot water tap was dripping and noisy before we arrived as per comments book,main light in bedroom 3 not working and fitting on bedside light loose couch cushions had not been removed as there were food remnant's under them.no wifi or streaming service as mobile signal was weak this caused a problem as my grandson is autistic and relys on wifi .all the faults were reported except the couches were reported to the cleaner on arrival but nothing was done all if you advertise something as luxury i expect better than this.i have booked a few trips with you and this was the only let down thanks k brennan

Fantastic place,caravan very clean, stunning view, shops and swimming pool very close.

The Internet and TV connection wasn't that good at times.

Location

No WiFi.. cupboards are all filled up with leftovers (too messy ) cupboards underneath the kitchen sink was too messy and dirty .with dirty cleaning clothes and empty cleaning sprays and bottles piled up. Wardrobes are already half occupied with their unwanted items . Even under the bed . Duvet sheets were smelling horrible.

Vile, what appears to be semen and urine stains on bedsheets. Host ignored and denied and blocked.our number. This was a Sunday late evening and we couldn't find anywhere else to go. After reading other reviews the host accused any bad reviewers of trashing their caravan so we took a video and photos of everything before we left as proof we left their van perfect. Please go to YouTube within a couple of weeks of this review and type bluebell 15 thorness bay iow to view everything. The place is disgusting the host even more so. Vile, shamless people. AVIOD
