"Lovely location"

Beautiful view of the sea. Lovely site. Caravan was spacious and comfortable. Host answered my questions promptly through the messaging service.

Certain areas of the caravan were not clean, not disgusting, but areas missed. Host needs to update phone number as it is not recognised. Very young, very noisy people in nearby caravan. Tried to complain but complaints procedure didn't work.

VALUE FOR MONEY THIS WAS AN EXCELLENT PROPERTY, IT WAS CLEAN, EASY TO FIND, GREAT IDEA TO HAVE A KEY BOX, COMMUNICATION WITH HOST WAS EXCELLENT, SITE WAS QUIET AND FRIENDLY WE DID NOT MAKE USE OF THE FACILITIES SO CANT COMMENT. I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND AND WOULD DEFINITELY GO BACK

OUR ONLY VERY MINOR ISSUE WAS WE HAD NO LOO ROLL ! UNLESS IT WAS IN A CUPBOARD WE HAD MISSED ?

"Excellent stay with some very minor issues in the scheme of things."

Love the location this is our second trip to Thorness and this caravan. Lovely comfortable caravan, it was not too cramped for 5 adults. A great family mini break.

Warbrobe was full of spare bedding and some surfaces were not clean on arrival. WiFi bugged out, but found router on top of warbrobe and re started it, problem fixed.

Nice sunny deck area

Didn’t have the wifi code so no access to the tv and no phone signal. Couldn’t get hold of the host at all. No response. Saying it’s on a private beach is stretching the truth. The beach is a 10 minute walk. It’s more accurate to say it’s opposite the shop which is very handy but in quite a busy part of the site.

"Not a place i would return to"

The location was amazing

The communication from the host was poor, and responses were very abrupt and unfriendly to the point of being rude. The location of the property was not communicated in good time, which delayed and complicated our access after a long journey. The internet was not working, which also meant that we had no TV either. Whilst being advertised as a luxury caravan, the lounge furniture was very uncomfortable and the bedrooms were extremely cramped. There were 2 toilets but only 1 shower.
