Dissatisfaction with a recent stay booked through your platform. We booked a caravan for one night, but unfortunately, our experience was far from satisfactory. "Luxery" - far from! Upon arrival, we found the caravan to be dirty and dusty. We attempted to address this issue directly with the owners, but they responded in an unprofessional manner, calling us liars despite the fact that we provided numerous photographs as evidence. Additionally, the owners accused us of checking out late, which is incorrect; our car was still on the premises, and we left the property at 10 AM after packing our belongings. We are disappointed with how this situation was handled and feel that our concerns were dismissed unfairly. Owners of this property come across very rude. Wouldn't recommend this to anyone!🚩

The property was lovely, very spacious and everything we needed for our stay

We were told the membership pass could be used for the club and swimming but we were told when we tried to use it that we weren't allowed to use it and had to pay for passes. We also didnt have any bedding for the sofa bed so had to use a blanket, the cleanliness could have been better as there was used plasters on the floor, eyelashes stuck to the blankets.

The view was amazing

Not clean had to wash cutlery glasses and pots also too cramped in bedroom and bathroom
